CEO CBD Punjab, Imran Amin, visited the CBD Walk and CBD Lake projects to review the ongoing development work and assess progress on-site. During the visit, he conducted a detailed inspection of both projects, reaffirming CBD Punjab’s commitment to timely and high-quality project delivery.

CEO CBD Punjab Imran Amin was accompanied by senior officials including Director Project Management Asif Iqbal, Director Engineering Umar Hayat, Director Construction Asif Babar, Director Architecture & Planning Sameer Aftab Sial, and project contractors.

During the briefing, it was shared that construction work on CBD Walk is progressing ahead of schedule, while maintenance work is underway at CBD Lake to further enhance its sustainability and long-term functionality. Plans are also in place to install dancing fountains to elevate the aesthetic appeal of the area.

Director Architecture & Planning Sameer Aftab Sial briefed the CEO on the exterior design of the structure and the selection of tiles, highlighting the project’s modern and visually appealing outlook.

Expressing satisfaction over the pace of development, CEO CBD Punjab Imran Amin emphasized the importance of maintaining high construction standards. He stated, “This project, aligned with the vision of the Chief Minister Punjab, will emerge as a significant asset, contributing to Lahore’s social and economic landscape.”

CBD PUNJAB & RUDA PRESENT UNIFIED GLOBAL INVESTMENT OUTLOOK AHEAD OF PUNJAB SUMMIT 2026

 The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), also known as Central Business District Punjab (CBD Punjab), in collaboration with Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA), hosted a pre-launch investor meeting for the upcoming Punjab Investment Summit 2026 at the CBD Punjab Business Center, Lahore.

 

The session brought together key stakeholders, investors, and industry leaders to explore emerging investment opportunities and share the strategic vision behind the summit.

 

Opening the session, COO CBD Punjab & RUDA, Brigadier (R) Mansoor Janjua, reaffirmed the commitment of CBD Punjab & RUDA in fostering a progressive and investor-friendly ecosystem. He emphasized the importance of sustainable economic growth through strategic partnerships, stating, “Our focus is to create an environment where investors feel confident, supported, and empowered to contribute towards long-term development.”

 

An in-depth overview of the investment landscape of CBD Punjab and RUDA was presented by Director Sales & Marketing RUDA, Shahriyar Rana, who highlighted strong opportunities for both local and international investors. ADVISOR TO CHIEF MINISTER PUNJAB ON AI & SPECIAL INITIATIVES ALI MUSTAFA DAR VISITS CBD PUNJAB

 

Advisor to the Chief Minister Punjab for Artificial Intelligence and Special Initiatives Ali Dar visited the Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (CBD Punjab), where he was received by CEO CBD Punjab Imran Amin and COO Brigadier (R) Mansoor Janjua.

During the visit, Ali Dar chaired a high-level meeting at CBD Quaid District, where a detailed review of key development projects was conducted. The CEO CBD Punjab gave a comprehensive briefing on CBD Quaid District, Bab-e-Pakistan, and Nawaz Sharif IT City, among other initiatives.

While chairing the meeting, Ali Dar stated that under the vision of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the scope of modern infrastructure and development projects across the province is rapidly expanding. He emphasized that these initiatives aim to usher Punjab into a new era of economic, technological, and urban development, while positioning it prominently on the global stage.

Later, Ali Dar visited CBD Quaid District, CBD Bab-e-Pakistan, and Nawaz Sharif IT City, where he inspected ongoing development work.

On the occasion, he reiterated that the Chief Minister’s top priority is public service and establishing Pakistan’s strong and positive image globally. He highlighted that the CBD project is proving to be a game changer not only for Punjab but for the entire country, marking the first modern business district of its kind in Pakistan’s history.

He further noted that the integration of modern urban planning, smart infrastructure, and advanced technology is the need of the hour. These projects, he said, will significantly boost foreign investment, strengthen business activities, and contribute to economic growth, while also creating new employment opportunities for the youth.

Advisor to CM Punjab Ali Dar added that the establishment of Nawaz Sharif IT City will position Pakistan prominently in the digital economy, while projects like Bab-e-Pakistan and CBD Punjab present a modern and sustainable model of urban development.

He further stated that major development goals are being achieved through public-private partnerships, while initiatives in modern transport, green energy, and smart solutions are ensuring environmentally sustainable growth.

Concluding, he reaffirmed that these projects, equipped with world-class facilities, will not only enhance Pakistan’s positive image but also lay the foundation for a sustainable, secure, and prosperous future for generations to come.
